here's just my opinion, and what I w'd do:
I own a 5712, which has a power reserve indicator, and maybe we can learn from it about the “charging” pattern of the watch.
First, it depends on your activity. If you sit all day at the office, it will hardly charge.
Second, if you’re active, it will be fully charged in about 10-12 hours (don’t remember exactly).
Third. The pattern for charging is interesting, it looks like it takes a “start time” to charge, meaning that you strap it on in the morning, and you’ll see a start charge after 1-2 hours.
BUT overall, it has its full capacity of charging, meaning that if it indicated that the watch is fully charged, it will last the 48 hours to the second. And the indicator is very accurate.
My suggestion: strap it on in the morning; make sure to take it off only when you go to sleep. Do it for a 3-4 consecutive days (make sure you’re moving! J ) and only then put it to start measure the charging reserve. I’m not an expert but I think fixing it, if it’s a problem, is not by the AD but has to go to Patek or HSNA.
BTW I'm not sure the winder really winds it, and in any case I wouldn’t put such a watch on a winder.
Best
