Good afternoon,
I received for Christmas my father's Vacheron Constantin. It is being serviced as I write this. I was hoping some expert could tell me how old the watch is based on the following:
-18 K gold
-Ref # 7295
-Case # 423456
-Mov. caliber K 1001-2
-Mov. # 595302
It has a high grade movement with 8 adjustments.
My father thinks he bought it in 1968. Would that be correct?

I have forwarded this information to VC...
and will report the date of production when they get back to me. How long does VC expect to have your watch? Bill VC Forum Moderator
Vacheron Constantin has responded....
saying that their records show a watch with those numbers was manufactured in 1967. Enjoy your watch! Please share photos when you have it back in your possession. Bill

Strap...
You can ask VC to install a VC strap for you while the watch is with them. Most watch retailers have a nice stock of straps to choose from, and they should be able to assist you. Bill
