And for all the ice cream " killers " among us. 
Zampolli, in Trieste.
I am not the only one to say it:
The choice is impressive, not only in ice creams, but also in Granites.
The quality is top, too.
One of my favourite place, when I want to have a fresh moment, in the hot summer.
The place is so famous that, late in the night, you have tons and tons of scooters, bikes and cars widely parked just in front of the " Gelateria ".
A place to enjoy, if you ever come by Trieste!

My oldest son thinks Berthillon is the best: it's his best memory to our trip together to Paris last year. My six year old daughter thinks the best ice parlor is in our village because I take her there every monday after school to try another flavor.

Berthillon is a must in Ile St. Louis, Nicoals took us to a place called Brasserie Lutetia that was excellent. Had the best Foie Gras terrine at Hotel Costes. -MW

Been traveling by car...
