Parmigiani has released the Toric Heritage Steel, in an LE of 70 pieces to celebrate Michel Parmigiani’s 70th birthday.
Beautiful guilloche dial with applied IndoArabic numerals looks fantastic. The caliber is the trusted PF441 with a 22KT guilloche rotor.
While nice, at a few dollars shy of $18k, there is no unique feature befitting a celebratory piece that the Parmigiani collector would yearn for.
IMHO, a dead-beat seconds would have made it a true collector edition.

I found it online...
...I don't like the limited number on the dial (52/70). And the movement appears to be very small. When manufacturers started making 40mm plus watches, they neglected to make larger movements...
Tag Heuer 88th BD and now Parmigiani 70th BD....
Are we into a new thing? Watch is nice but in SS, not much special functions at this price point seems a little steep and the LE print on the dial in this case is distracting, but it’s just me.
I think this is the watch. Quite nice.
And reading about it online the design elements are in keeping with his concepts and opinions about horology. ...

The earlier pieces were more elegant. Subsequent tonneau cases somehow have not worked out design-wise
