Senator Chronometer and Seconds Alignment
I just noticed that when I pull the stem out to the setting position on my new Chrono, the seconds hand does not align exactly to the "60" mark, as I suspect it should. I have included a picture here to show what I am seeing. Is this a problem with my watch, or do you think this is within the allowed tolerance for this movement. This forums' thoughts will be much appreciated.

In this picture, the stem is pulled to the setting position. The small seconds hand should align exactly with the "60", but you can see that it is off by nearly a second.

I happen to grab my camera this morning for a jobsite visit, and of course am wearing my new gem. Mine zeroes perfectly....
Hi Marc, have you tried it a few times?
Seemingly it should jump to zero every time you pull the crown but maybe fiddle with it a bit. I'll be curious to hear what you find out. I expect Glashutte will pay prompt attention to the issue.

Short strap

It must be the longest "standard" strap I have encountered...
I don't know who in the world would wear it on the wider holes. I'll admit I have no excuses. The good Dr. No advised me ahead of time the strap was long. Alas, the AD recommended I get it in hand first. Should have ordered it before the watch arrived!
Ummm . . . I waited 8 months for a short strap to arrive for the Sixties . . .
