Just thought I'd add this data point for anyone thinking about sending their Resonance in for service. I sent mine in on October 25th and am scheduled to receive it back tomorrow.
As a reference, I sent both my URWERK and my Richard Mille in during that time for repairs, and both were done in 5 weeks, including the holidays.
I'm not sure how this ranks within the industry as a whole, but I am a bit disappointed that an independent manufacturer could not get watches turned around quicker.
Anyway, I'm excited to get it back and hopefully it will be perfect!
