I wrote " Small " because I don't have the feeling the new Saxonia " Small " is that small, despite its 35 mm case. Yes, you read well, 35 mm case.
First, because when you make a relation between the size of the case and its height ( 7, 2 mm ), I find it very well proportionned.
Then, the dial has been re designed, for, according to Lange, a better legibility. I find it very clean, and superb.
On the wrist, it is just great. Understated as I like it. A black dial, and it would be the top, even if I Wonder if a black dial would not make it look smaller....
The Cal L 941.1 is another interesting detail of this Saxonia, which I definitely prefer in this manual configuration, rather than automatic.
Stop seconds, 4 screwed gold chatons, Swan Neck, German Silver... We have a nice Lange movement, here, offering a good power reserve of 45 hours.
Best,
Nicolas
