Solar Seiko anyone?
After acquiring the 50th anniversary Gold Cermet Tuna, I found the cheaper Solar Seiko X PADI to be an attractive piece, much prefer this to the Kinetic variant. Without the hefty size and weight of my other 1000m Tuna, the latest release from Seiko is comfortable to wear, yet it contains the DNA of the other references. No battery to replace, a good shine under the sun, good for 9 to 10 months in keeping time, and robust as a weekend or trip to the sea holiday. The lume is amazing, the minute hand and bezel marking to 15 minutes in green mixing with blue lume for hour hand and indices.. Looks like I am already a Desk-Diver, having a small collection of these unique diving watches from Japan...

Used to be an advance diver with PADI, safer to be a desk-diver now.. Cheers to all..
