The JLC dinner was so absorbing that I forgot about the food!
You can imagine I'm pretty hungry now.
This was no doubt, one of the best evenings I've had in a long time. Many, many thanks to the hosts JLC and JaW for the kind invitation! It was incredible meeting so many people who share the same passion, and have so much passion to share.
Jean Marc, Nicolas (who I shared the table with) and Sylvain were very helpful and did their best to answer all my questions - even though some of them took a long time to translate into French and back! These three gentlemen have done more for JLC in one night for me than I have many weeks of reading magazines.
To all those whom I've had the pleasure of talking to; I hope to see you all again. To those for whom I missed the opportunity to, I wish time could be "reversed".
