Namely the SBGH035. It finally wasn’t my first GS, that turned out to be the SBGX097, but it was the wavy dial and the Special promise in a steel case that attracted me first and finally joined the collection as the second GS.

Japanese style at its finest. That's what they do immaculately well, and I likewise admire them for it tremendously. Also, it helps that the price points tend to be fairly accessible relatively speaking.... Great shot, cheers, Filip

Wearing this to a watch shop was the best warranty for not buying anything under 15k back then, as the fit, finish and attention to detail always appeared so far off for most other brands in a comparable price spectrum 😉 Slightly different times 🤷🏻♂️ ...
