Good evening everyone.
I asked for some advice recently on adding a speedmaster to my collection.
Having listened to what was said I am now delighted that I have purchased a Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch (005). Having just brought it home this weekend I am getting to know it a little. What I am really taken with is the hesalite crystal and domed case - very fetching.
I am also waiting for the Omega Nato Strap in grey/black and look forward to wearing that combo across the summer months.
Thanks to all for their input and I will post some photos once the Nato strap is on.

Congrats. It is a great watch.
And its a modern day legend for a reason: it still hits many high-points from aesthetics, to wearing comfort, to the hesalite crystal (as you note), to versatility... Just a great all-around piece. Cheers, John

Congrats, Pat! While I've owned many Omegas, none . . .
