Three Seikos
Hi All
Over the last couple of weeks I seem to have been having a major seiko phase. Have had three of my Seikos up and running an wearing them constantly - nothing else has got a look in, even though there are some great alternatives waiting their turn.
The first one is my ever ubiquitous urushi dialed presage.
It's been a constant companion since it arrived & was the major factor in why I didn't get the blue enamel dial. It now has the battle scars of constant use - which only add to its charm.
The next it my most recent Seiko & my first proper diver, though it never gets wet! It's the reinterpretation introduced last year. Wonderful blue dial. It's the largest watch I own & has some serious heft.
Now that's blue! Great company for an escape to the coast.
The last of the three is vintage & has lots of charm. It also has my favourite complication - an alarm. Yes it's a wonderfully retro Bellmatic - along with a gloriously 70s metallic brown dial.
Still looking great after 40 plus years. Perfect cushion case - which makes it all the more bewildering why I don't get on with a turtle for all their appeal.
All have their own appeal and charm - and show why it's been hard to escape their call for last few weeks.
Cheers
