What are some watches (in current production) that would fit this category: Time-only, Two hands (no seconds or date), manual wound, and in a precious metal.
Off the top of my head, I can think of the following:

Piaget Altiplano
Cartier Drive extra flat

Are there others I've missed out?

I recall jlc had a nice jubilee edition that was wafer thin!
Moser & Cie does Sometimes offer these kind of models (usually Limited Editions though)
Currently the Venturer Concept Vantablack and maybe some others.

Not as many as I'd have thought.
Interesting to realize that neither Patek nor Breguet currently offers anything that fits this (quite basic) description.
Yes, Breguet manual winds have power reserve indicators.
But there are thin, two-hand only automatics! The Breguet classque 5157 in yellow, white or rose gold.
