Vegas Restaurant recommendation...
Hello fellow PuristS, hope your holidays are proceeding as planned and that you all are looking forward a great few days with the family and friends.
I will be in Vegas for conference Jan 4-5 and would like to go out to one nice meal. I thought I would ask for some recommendations! Been looking on the Michelin Guide and can't really pick one. Anyone help? and personal experience is preferred! Thanks!
I typically like Californian cuisine, but it looks like most are French.

We will be staying on the strip at 4 Seasons so anything along the strip is fine. We usually like to get dressed up one time for a nice meal in any city we go to so...but we are open to formal and casual places! I will read thru some of the threads...look...
