I thought you couldn't buy foie gras in California ,but could buy it from out of state and consume stateside. happy dining!

your friend has it in the sequence i would drink them,with the fully developed D'armailhac to start,the Chasse Spleen comfortable in its drinking window ,simple but reflecting the great vintage,and the young but more robust St Estephe just getting into it...
