You might consider the example of EJ Potter, the madman who loved Allison aircraft engines in everything, although he started with just a simple Chevy V8 in his motorcycle:

Finally succumbing to the need for a bit more power, put 3 wheels on a jet turbine




Here he's shoving the Allison under Art's mom's Dodge Dart station wagon



Then tearing down a racetrack in it




Finding the power insufficient, he installed two Allisons for a 6000 hp tractor.

He died in bed of old age complications ... possibly brought on by excessive G forces?
