My opinion, and I’ve owned and worn the CB for many years now, is on my wrist it’s just about perfect.
I also own a 38mm Journe, and that’s probably perfect.
Where are you located? Is there any chance to see one in the metal? Also, for a watch of this magnitude I think even if not close by a flight is easily merited to see one in the metal and ensure you make the right choice.

I have exactly a 6” inch wrist and I like mine very much. Lugs aren’t over the edge of my wrist.

For the pics and info. I am in Houston, TX. None here that I know of but there are a few for sale in the US currently. I do plan to make a trip at some point in the next few months to see one and try it on. And if it works for me, I will need to sell some...
There are not definitely CBs in Texas !
Remember, DeBoulle was an AD for a long time. Ask around among the watch collecting crew in Texas and I’m sure you’ll find one. Or if you travel, shoot me a DM.

It does not wear small. But man, you got options, they have some amazing pieces cased in 40 and 42.
