don’t have a Patek yet so the allure of having my first was almost enough if I’m honest - 2 Journes and 0 Patek, or one of each? It’s a tough decision! But in terms of value head to head it didn’t seem particularly close and I have a lot of time only watches so having one with several small complications was a big plus for me.

I remember being told by Pierre Halimi that they'd produced way more aluminum Octa Centigraphes than titanium ones, but I don't remember what the specific numbers were.

I agree, the curves, the form of the watch case and bracelet, need to be see on the wrist to truly appreciate the appeal of this one.
