Only speaking for myself,
it is not terribly fiddly to change the buckle, I think if the watch is in rotation with a number of others then extra buckle is not completely necessary. If it is in a smaller collection where you will wear it for more purposes, finding yourself changing the colors more as a result to get different feels, then having more buckles will be more useful than in the previous case.
Still some of us like to fiddle with mechanical parts, so even changing the buckle is not strictly a negative.

I love how changing of the strap can change the personality of a watch. It is particularly noticeable on Journes.
The Quick change is a great Help. When I travel, I usually just bring one watch and several straps.
It makes it worry free and I enjoy the versatility.

I understand this but was curious how Christian deals with buckle changes while travelling
I guess all one needs is a spring bar tool.
A toothpick will do.
Part of what I was getting at, and I could have been more specific, it is really quite easy with no actual tools necessary to carry.

Versatility is the name of the game especially with a dial like that, so much can be done with it as the neutrality takes colors on well. I don't know how you could go wrong with any choice on that one.

This dial works as a perfect backdrop to the subdials and tourbillon, there are many other dials that have their own attraction, but this this one lets the most defining parts of the watch shine imo.

Sometimes the matchy works and sometimes it's something very different that lights the spark.

Haha. Yes, he is stubbornly refusing to go under 40. So many want the 38 back.
I complemented the 39 mm case as the perfect size. He got very quiet as if he was thinking about. I won’t get my hopes to height though.
This one is so cool. Still can’t get over the 6. A keeper for sure!
