May I have the name of the restaurant pls, the food looks delish

A classic Tokyo restaurant in the sense that it’s been around forever, chef is third generation. Although depending on the day 2nd generation may be behind the counter. It’s a 5 min walk from the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station.

In June I will be in Japan, will try to make a reservation to this restaurant
