I'm sure this has been discussed to death. I use a strap-changing tool. I find that I have to remove the strap, then use two hands. Otherwise, my fingers get terribly scratched up between the lugs. If I leave the strap on, then it takes about 10 times as ...  

I found the easiest way was to turn the watch upside down and turn the crown between the pad of my right thumb and the side of my index finger. Not the easiest watch to wind, but not a major problem.
