Great drinks
The Paper Plane is one of the greatest drinks created in the “New Age” of cocktails. Try stirring with large blocks of ice and serving neat.
For those who are fans of Negronis, try and “Old Pal”: 2 Oz rye, 1/2 Oz Campari, 1 Oz dry vermouth. If you want to be really extravagant, give the glass an absinthe rinse before pouring the drink into a glass.
