My wife has a soft spot for scallops, if they are combined with the truffle, the warmth of the gratin scallops gives off an incredible aroma. Anyway, for my taste, "tagliolini all'uovo" (something "similar" to egg noodles) with white truffle from Acqualag...  

Next time sneak some white chocolat shavings on your scallops in addition to truffles. Just thin shaving that will blend in. Bill
