Aren't all that old, ancient, famous (etc etc) maisons the watch heritage holders?

I'm not referring to items like cell phone and all the electronic stuff, even cars...but if Patek and many others provide the parts after decades, my request does not sound so odd.
I'm still waiting for a reply from the italian service center....

About the account....
I had similar issues logging in when the new website. I tried resetting passwords but the website never send any links. All I need to do is to go back to My Account, under Password, re-type the same password I used to have and then it recognizes me again....
