Parts availability
Why is it unbelievable that parts might not be available? How many extra parts should be available, nearly twenty years after they made the watches? I needed a half-link back in 1999. They only made them in one and a half link sizes. I waited a couple of months to make the order and the part was sold. They only had one to offer and they never made more. That was only in 1999. I happen to have a full spare bracelet on hand (perk for working for the authorized dealer at the time). I'll be holding onto that for some time.

Ref 8010 is a real GP classic

About the account....
I had similar issues logging in when the new website. I tried resetting passwords but the website never send any links. All I need to do is to go back to My Account, under Password, re-type the same password I used to have and then it recognizes me again....

If i won't get a reply soon i ask to the swiss manufacture
The watch has been discontinued for many years....
