To be very honest, many GP are not very photogenic.... Like you said, in photos they may feel big and somewhat clumsy... But once you see them in real and try them on your wrist, they don't feel big or clumsy at all ! :) For example the JLC NSA which also...

I would love to own it but it's not sensible! I have a ton of watch legends to get acquainted to before buying such pieces ;) You know what I mean?

"Fill the gaps" first and add others later... I have become more flexible on this point... Why? Because there will always be gaps in a collection and you will never have the chance fill them all or to go back later to all the watches you "waited" with... ... 

Same as the UN Blue Sea. Gorgeous rubber watch, very cool concept....but not very sensible until I fill up many gaps in the collection...

a lot. Especially, the blue or should I say only the blue. Both rubber and bracelet match perfectly. And the touch of orange is the icing on the cake. This is a cool diver sports watch. I also agree on the all black. For people who want to follow a trend ...

if you want to be fashionable, get an AP ROO as your sports watch. Nothing wrong with it, BTW, but walk into any hotel lobby or airport lounge in the world and within 30min you spot half a dozen ROO. While I travel a lot, I only "bumped into" 2 other GPs.... 

there was a time when you would rarely see a ROO or RO but agree in the last 5 years or so they have become more common. S

Well, I guess it would be possible to exchange the blue rubber strap for any other of the Sea Hawk straps or bracelets... Not sure if it would be possible to put a leather strap on since the special lug shape. Well, my friend - I know you like blue dials....
