I agree Graham...
They both seem to share same design principles; curved glass, curved dial, luminous dots...Simplicity is for sure timeless. Here is a pic. of Junghans chrono for those who want to make a comparison in terms of design.

very clean simple lines. similar in appearance to the Junghans Max Bill chrono
in appearance only i hasten to add. the internals are, i'm sure, of a much higher quality. there's something about a watch with clean simple lines that makes them attractive and timeless. a future classic perhaps. Graham
