I agree with Nicolas
The only reason to change anything is if there's anything cracking or flaking, which could lead to problems with the movement. Otherwise, just have it serviced and ask that, if possible, to keep the original dial and hands.

LIke a magnificient thing... You have Tritium indexes and hands, and tritum, at the contrary of Luminova, ages...to turn in a vanilla / borwn / orange color... This is just normal, and more than normal, this is just magnificient...Your dial is wonderfully...
