That doesn't sound right if you bought new from an AD. Mine will occasionally stick on one clasp side, if I don't depress the pushers at the same time or with even pressure. This operation is not up to the same quality as the deployants on my other watches of similar caliber, but mine has not broken. Therefore, I would agree that GO could stand to upgrade the deployant operation to be more precise and not so fincky on release.

Do you have a photo of the new deployant?
I don't like the double clasp design on my less than year old PML. It is too thick to allow my watch to comfortably fit under most of my shirt cuffs!! Also, I agree that the double pushers dig into the underside of one's wrist too much.
