Glashütte Original is by all accounts a manufacture that welcomes . . .
. . . visitors, and I would encourage anyone with even a passing interest to visit the Glashütte Museum and the manufactory. The tweezers must be a necessity, but I don't remember a toothbrush on any watchmakers bench during my visit ;-) . . .

There has been numerous accounts of visits to Glashütte Original so i won't bother you with one more. It was a great visit in all respects and GO was extremely helpful, even finding the traintimes from Dresden. There is one picture i took during the tour ...

They certainly take good care of their visitors, but i dont' think the toothbrush was neither for the visitors or for the watchmakers teeths. Maybe a watchmaker just realised that a toothbrush was the best solution to a problem. Somebody once told me that...
