This is a high water mark for the Panomatic Inverse series. Compared to the original Panomatic Inverse, you can see the subtle increase in the diameter of the main dial (and subdial). The proportions look better, the elaborate plate finishing is more pleasing, and the moonphase is stunning.
This and the Tribute to Dresden indicate to me that the Panomatic Inverse dial is improved with larger subdials.

Not bad looking at all, and it took me by surprise, to be honest.
Now, the bad thing is the price ( I can bet on that ) due to the platinum case ( even if I like platinum ) but my biggest concern is the automatic movement. I would much have preferred manual.

My first reaction is
Love the moon disc, the moon at the rotor. The place of the moon disc at the dial is awesome Not sure about the pattern on the plates and the bridge. And why not screwed chatons on a platinum model? That one should be exclusive.
