Got this answer today about the different size on the svan necks.
Got some answer today from GO.
We have a technical and aesthetic aspect here.
The anchor symmetry is adjusted by means of the screw on the one spring and is read on the opposite pointer.
The second spring forms an optical counterpart in the sense of symmetry.
The different appearance of the second swan-neck spring is necessary to keep the borehole for the angle lever free,
which is situated on the side of the pointer (required for pulling the crown to take the movement out of its case during service).

Is the right-hand, screw-less, swan-neck regulator perhaps just a 'conceit'?
It looks good, gives a balanced picture, provides a venue for more engraving and GO do it because they can . Notionally, it could reduce 'back-lash' on the screwed regulator, but that's the job of the left-hand swan-neck already. ...

The "HOME TIME" on the Senator Cosmopolite dial is a deal breaker.
Does GO really think the owner-to-be (or not, in my case) won't know which sub-dial is home time and will need to be reminded every time he/she looks for it? Or does GO believe the owner's mind will work like this? "Oh, I wonder what the time is at home? ...
