Hard for me to tell
I cannot remember having seen an ARISTO watch in nature, but maybe I just did not notice.
Here in Germay you would most probably find them in the watch department of a department store. (I can speak only about Germany because I no experience how the watch business is organized in your contries.)
A quick internet search shows these watches in a number of mail order shops.
ARISTO seems to specialize in watches that at low cost resemble known archetypes like Pilot's watches, the unmistakable R****-designs but also this special B-watch. ETA 28xx movements are standard in their watches and given the pricing I would assume, that they use the least elaborate versions, which are called "elaboré". Funny, isn't it?

Why the reversed markings?
Martin, Did you find out why there were reversed "mirror image" dial markings on this watch? Does it look the right way round in a mirror for some indirect observation? Regards, MTF...
