I just noticed this about my Senator Perpetual
The Leap Year indicator started changing some time last night (30 Nov) and this morning (1 Dec). This seems consistent with how this coplication works in that the day, date month etc all move ahead of the midnight deadline so that there is an "instant" crossover of all calendar indicators by midnight or a very few seconds there after.
