Glashütte Original

I was happy to have this one come home from service. It started at a USA center but then was sent to Germany. Nice to have it back. I'm always impressed by the heft of platinum cased watches. This message has been edited by India Whiskey Charlie on 2024-0...

It looks great with the black dial in platinum. I'm not surprised it had to go back to Germany. Germany-only servicing was what I was told for the Panograph in 2013, the last time I had mine serviced. It's not as though the movement has become widely used... 

But do monitor. Germany servicing is not what it was. My panograph returned from servicing only to suffer from a sticky tens disc. The date jumps from 31 to 32. I haven't found time to bring it back in again but there's 2 years from collection date to do ... 

to those animated creations from Svend Andersen. I think it was the Eros collection.

Is it the correct crown? Shouldn't the Platinum version have a blue sapphire cabochon at the crown?

I read somewhere there was an LE of 100 with the stone. This one is from the LE of 200 pieces, with no cabachon. But I don't know anything more about the background.

I love the PanoGraph, and you have the best version of it.
