Introducing the Glashütte Original "Senator Tourbillon - Edition Alfred Helwig" limited edition

Glashütte Original releases its new 42mm white gold "Senator Tourbillon - Edition Alfred Helwig", a limited edition of 25 pieces, with a light silver grained dial.

Alfred Helwig invented the flying tourbillon almost 100 years ago, so this GO features a flying tourbillon at 6 o'clock. It also features the big date complication, which GO calls the Panorama Date, at 12 o'clock. And for your information, this year will be the 20th Anniversary of the Panorama Date.

Movement used is the automatic Calibre 94-03 with 48-hour power reserve.

Overall, a nice overall package. Clean, elegant, and sophisticated - so I think many PuristS GO fans will like this "Senator Tourbillon - Edition Alfred Helwig" timepiece.

Nicely balanced and grained dial. Very classy and so nothing revolutionary. A little bit too well behaved for me. BUT, I like a lot the number of the timepiece which replaces the “I” Roman numeral. A super cool subtle detail
