On the same boat...
I have this odd idea that I should be able to get the information from the watch at a glance. Sometimes that doesn't happen because of the "normal" WIS response of admiring the beauty of the watch, but that's a good thing. I sold a Chopard MM GTXL chrono because the chrono function was completely unreadable (to me - the new owner loves it!).
