Since its a bad idea to manipulate the pushers OR the crown under water why the screw-down crown? Mido had a patent for a waterproof crown seal that was cork and required no screw-down feature. Maybe at some point the pressure at the rated depth is just too great for the gasket-only approach. But on this particular watch if it works for the pushers.....?

If the pushers don't need to be screwed down (thankfully) why does the crown need to be screwed down? Is it just extra protection or something that gives people a sense of confidence? Or is there something specific about a crown that makes it a requiremen...
I don’t know this 100%,
but I believe the gaskets or water protection for the pushers are inside the case, but if you unscrew the crown you are pulling that gasket out which would allow water to enter the case.

GO seems to be flying somewhat under the radar these days…
The watches are still just as enticing but Swatch not fully knowing what to do with GO probably doesn’t help 🤷🏻♂️

About the index's
Well, it obscures the indexes but the luminous marker outside the index will be visible on each side of the arrowhead. Admittedly not so clearly, but it still there.
