Most of the Midnight collection except
the Gents Automatic are good propositions.
The small GP movement inside a large gents watch looks odd despite efforts to mitigate the date window position with other design cues.
The Midnight Big Date is much more "Harry Winston" and the interplay of dial levels and ex-centre displays mask the small Piguet movement well.
The two ladies Midnight models are just fine, because they have no date window to spoil the balance.
I agree that the Opus 11 is fun mechanical complexity for the sake of being an 'Opus'; nice but the heartland for HW is the Midnight range.

The Midnight Collection looks really nice, how does the 42mm case feel?
