Just sold two watches myself--and spent a good 10 days posting them until I received a response. I should say responses! turned out that people were certainly eyeing the offer, but were hesitant because of the price I was asking. Eventually, my price fell to the perceived marker value, and people jumped at it!
Persist--I'd give yourself some time before deciding to abandon a sale.
