No kidding, the finishing really is well done! If you don't mind sharing, how does the bespoke program work with them? Is it similar to Cartier?

What exactly did they do? Is there something about the "standard" PF finishing you don't care for? I'm definitely a fan of the brand, and having handled pieces a few times feel the quality is exceptional. Unfortunately, I take issue with some design quirk...
