Howdy folks, I was recently invited to attend a Parmigiani dinner held at one of my favourite restaurants in Singapore ...Les Amis, one of the few restaurants that have not only survived the typical short interest cycles of the restaurant scene here, but ...  

First up, Jean Marc Jacot, CEO of Parmigiani Fleurier. I had the pleasure of being seated next to this fine gentleman, and he was the perfect host. Lots of stories and insight into the world of horology, a most certainly interesting and intelligent person...

In Indonesia, there is no penalty for insider trading. But an offside is frown upon cen@jkt

Actually, the framed photographs were purchased by Parmigiani Fleurier, and one of them was offered to you as a gift from them. The photograph is a limited edition of 10 pieces in this size, and yours is 1/10.

a cross selection of the watches on display. apologies for the poor picture quality. they were taken from a Samsung mobile phone. The Tonda Chronograph Rivage aka "Transformer" watch...quite innovative. Parmigiani is not the first to do this, Chopard and ...  

is the PF701, not PF331 which is the movement for the Tonda with date. Your framed print is of PF701.

Looks like a great night Horo and a chance to see and play with the Parmigani range. I was lucky enough to do the same during SIHH and it was interesting for me to learn more about the brand which I knew very little about before and meet some great people... 

its a truly wonderful piece. sometimes you hear and read about certain pieces that are fantastic this or wonderful that...to only feel underwhelmed when one actually see and touch the physical piece. but I am pleased to say, the Bugatti fulfills the "fant... 

hope I havent let the cat out of the bag... I love the piece but wouldn't buy the watch for only 1 reason... I don't own a Bugatti! I already know that everytime I would wear it I would get asked where I had parked the car, its a bit like ferrari watches ... 

Surely it would be the star of the show.

As is the usual practice on PuristSPro, this will not be a wine and food epicurean review because I only review meals eaten anonymously and paid privately. Still, I can describe the experience as being consistent with previous visits to Les Amis.....alway...
