Great watches I have an 85 and 92 for you guys who have these there’s a feature which is not widely known!! They have a trimmer capacitor screw which you can adjust if your watch is running slow or fast I have the luxury of a citizen cqt210 quartz tester and mine now run at about 1sec a month you can time yours over a 2 week period however against an atomic clock app cheers

Thanks for sharing, I love them too although I yet have to get one. My motorcycle instructor used to wear one and that was one of my serious cases of watch envy I wish they would release the black and gold again.

Thank you so much Simone for sharing this other old workhorse (or should I say old workhippocampus? ;) ) It shows it has been well used in the job it was designed for.
Regarding batteries, this was not a problem with my own Aqualand, but some quartz watches have this tendency to cosume batteries too fast. Guess this indication of some other malfunction in the circuits I feel, though I´m not knowledgeable in this matter....
