i dont have that many
whenevr i am given one, they will be in the bin after 2-3 weeks, except those really good ones. my fav is the hardbound patek ones, and the full version rolex catalogue.
Lange without any doubt.
I find it well organized, beautiful and comprehensive. I like the latest from Patek too. Good improvement from Journe with his latest catalogue. Fr.Xavier
GO's catalogue is also quite a good one. AP's just disappointing, unfortunately.

almost all Watch Catalogues are Nice
but i personally lean toward and collect from the Brands i love most . that is Panerai and IWC.
Lange by far...
... not just the print quality but very comprehensive, and love the photos of Dresden and it's history! GO and the new Blancpain also worth a mention.
Lange, GO, JLC, IWC, Panerai, Breguet, Blancpain.
