Cross trainer is the same as an ellitical bike.
Its a fat burner. I can burn 8 to 10 cal per minute. 1 hour of workout 480 calories thats almost 5 beers at 100 calories per beer. 30 40 minutes of weights exercises. Roughly i burned 1000 1200 calories. Can have a cocktail later and it won't hurt. Thanks for looking.

I've zoomed in and checked the background on your photos and can find no trace of any food. Very strange. Have a great weekend and don't overdo it on the cross trainer (whatever that is). Regards Kev.
