For me it is impossible to compare these watches.
One is a three hands watches, the other one combines the dual-timezone and the worldtime complications.
Think about what you look for, what you need and the answer will come easily.

I'd go for the AP. You are right, it is iconic, and I think you might want to try an AP. You already have the Reverso GMT, so you have the secondary time zone function covered and with a bracelet as well. I would suggest thinking about a 15202, if you can...

If you travel a lot the JLC is useful and practical. If you want a classic, go with the AP. But......my preference would be the JLC You really can't go wrong with either. Cheers, SDAWG
