Found this info in my notebook...
Must have read it some where (during Sept 2007), did not have the reference.
These were the pointers I've jotted down:
"A10 project was started in 2002. About CHF15M was pumped and 5 years of efforts to have the production version of 'Alternate 10 Movement' ie. A10.
Reported to have delivered 50 to 60K pieces to the market. And they were ok (I guessed no field-return).
The market demand is 250,000 per year, however the production capacity is only at 75,000 per year.
PeaceMark intends to invest till the production quantity reaches 300K per year. "
What does that mean?
Where have the 50 to 60K delivered to? Swiss watch companies or China?
