...I've been an admirer of GS since their reintroduction.
I wonder if Seiko plans to increase production of GS in conjunction with the worldwide release. I remember reading somewhere that Seiko limited the production of GS watches to only 300 per month, both to maintain its exclusivity and because of the lack of senseis qualified to finish, assemble, adjust and service the GS line.
Finally, I admire the in-house spring production, but "SPRON"...?!? Surely Seiko could have come up with a more euphonious name.

I would love to see up close the 21st century's one new 36K movement. (It is unclear whether Favre Leuba will ever be able to bring its handwind movement to market). It would also be nice if Seiko would agree to service the vintage GS's in the States, but...

I hope they export the full line...
...and not just a selected few designed for the overseas market. I always drool over the Seiko display cases when I'm in Japan. These are not GS, but pretty nice!...
