Hard to really answer your questions
Without knowing things like: budget (unless not a concern), what do you intend to do with the next watch, what are your collecting goals.... etc. I think you have some interesting watches already. I subscribe to the thought that a collection is never quite complete or having all bases covered, because there will always be something new, or perhaps tastes/collecting goals change with time.
With that in mind, I would encourage you to buy what pleases you, without a concern about covering "the bases". Of the choices you gave, which one are you most interested in? If you have some thoughts on the pro/con of the 3, it will help others chime in with an opinion. At face value, any of the 3 would be a fine timepiece in it's own right.
