Horological Meandering

Hello KM!! Interesting theme and you open it with one of my favorites...

... which has recently arrived to my stable.

I´m very fond of Tributes as though the charm of vintage is impossible to reproduce the modern versions give us the opportunity of owning a classic in those cases that the originals are very difficult to get or beyond our budgets and even if we have the vintage ones we usually do not wish to wear them in some risky situations like swiming, diving, beach or pool, etc..

Among my favorites Tributes I can mention the JLC Polaris and DSA, Longines Legend Diver, Tribute to Reverso 1931 and to Geophyic, and the Speedmaster FOIS and the Big Egiziano by Panerai.

Of course I should mention the Doxa Sub 50th Anniversary.

There are other interesting watches like the Tudor Black Bay and the Omega Seamaster 300 which I like so much though they are inspired in the vintage models but not exactly a repro o tribute.

Now I´m waiting to get my hands in the new Omega Trio rcently announced in last Basel.

I show some pictures of the watches mentioned.

All the best, Abel.
